Due to the nature of instant download and digital files, all purchases are final. No refunds are available at this time. If there are any problems with your file or its delivery, please contact us with your order number and we will do whatever we can to resolve the issue.

Any customer who creates a Paypal or bank dispute for any other reason than legitimate fraudulent activity/processing error (not due to a customer error), will forfeit all rights to purchase (or acquire anything for free) in this store for life.
