- 1 cup Greek yoghurt
- 1 cup a mixutre of lightly packed coriander, Italian parsley, dill, mint and/or basil any leafy fresh herbs. Avoid hard leaves like rosemary.
- ¼ cup spring onions or chives
- 2 tbsp tarragon leaves optional
- 1 clove garlic roughly chopped
- ½ tsp salt
- ground black pepper to taste
The dressing will keep in an airtight container for 5 to 7 days.
Make it Spicy Add chilli flakes or jalapenos!
